• All Participants must register through the official event registration process and provide accurate information.
• The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any Participant providing false information.

2. Health and Safety

• Participants confirm they are physically fit and have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe.
• All Participants are required to follow safety guidelines and instructions given by event staff or officials.
• The Organizer reserves the right to deny or terminate participation if, in its sole discretion, it deems a Participant unfit or unsafe to continue.
• Medical personnel will be available during the Event, but Participants are responsible for their own health and insurance coverage.

3. Liability and Waiver

• Participation is at the Participant's own risk.
• The Organizer, its partners, sponsors, and venue owners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from participation in the Event.
• By registering, Participants waive any claim against the Organizer and its affiliates for any direct or indirect loss or injury.

4. Conduct

• Participants must conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike and respectful manner toward officials, staff, and other competitors.
• Any form of cheating, aggressive behavior, or misconduct may result in immediate disqualification.
• The Organizer's decision regarding disqualification or penalties is final and binding.

5. Equipment and Attire

• Participants must use only approved or safe equipment as specified by the Organizer or competition officials.
• Proper sportswear or competition attire must be worn at all times.

6. Event Timing and Changes

• The Organizer reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel any event or competition due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, no refunds or compensation shall be provided.

7. Media and Publicity

• By participating, Participants grant the Organizer the right to use photos, videos, and recordings of the Event for promotional, marketing, or media purposes without compensation or further consent.

8. Prizes and Results

• Winners will be determined according to the official rules of each competition.
• The Organizer's decision on results, timing, or judging shall be final.

9. Personal Data

• Participant information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of managing the Event and may be shared with sponsors or partners only as necessary.
• The Organizer will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and participating, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
